It is very clear what is happening. You have a one man company that lists stock on the oTC giving press releases so that the company appears to be an up and coming green energy company. However, the firm has no executives with experience in energy, no real projects that are financiable and with a history of numerous press releases that turned out to be false. hence, you have securities fraud.
