1. Gib is telling the remaining shareholders whatever he thinks they need to hear to placate them for the screw job they got here!

2. Gib has no clue or any experience whatsoever on what it takes to run a public company let alone what it takes to raise millions of dollars to one day maybe make a product a marketable commodity!

3. Gib sat right alongside RH for months watching RH spin the biggest pile of horse crap baloney bs imaginable then only spoke up when he figured out a way to make a play for this stinking shell and all that he's done since is placate the remaining shareholders with never-ending BEHIND THE SCENES stories of grandeur over the past year about how he supposedly has some grand idea on how to raise $2M and pay off all of EFFC slew of creditors while at the same time give Bruno, the magical funders & the remaining EFFC bagholders a return on their investment LOL
