etzetrade...ahhh...I plead the 5th! :).. Ahhh....I have some pending "pro se" labor cases that are so painfully similar to what is occuring here with WAMU..it is just scarey. Talk about dual track! :)
In the case of WAMU...much of what has been in black in white has been redacted...and I'm going to guess that whatever Debtors, JPM, FDIC have to offer the investigator...is ...aw shucks...redacted. Lots of emails, I'm sure are going to come up "missing". And I'm going to guess many of the phone records have been scrubbed by these parties as well. In both cases...GO TO THE SERVER....get a copy. I'm going to guess, the investigator would love to see who is pushing who's buttons. Sounds like a reasonable plan.
Look...this monster got dumped for pennies on the dollar...I'm going to guess a lot of communication went down...the content of which ..priviledged no doubt...that they would rather not share with...oh....say...equity?
