You mean people in the media are allowed to emphasize that a certain company's IPR is coming from IDCC even if that company is not utilizing it?

Why doesn't somebody correct the Motley Fool..

They wrote something before about Verizon and the IDCC LTE connection and I posted it here and was seriously refuted..

Now, here it is again..

Is Verizon in bed with IDCC or are they not?
