Please don't misunderstand my thoughts.

I do believe you've found a "diamond in the rough." Assuming management recognizes the greater share appreciation opportunity afforded a fully-reporting company, I think this stock is now an excellent play for someone new to the investment.

My point is I'm afraid the delisting left little opportunity for real share price appreciation until the company is again fully-reporting. That certainly didn't help the long-termers, as it essentially "froze" the share price.

However, now that the company is performing nicely, other than eating the cost of registration once again, it shouldn't impact those just getting in, assuming re-registration is on the horizon.
