Jing related question for yourself, or anyone...

Jing has been failing to launch on one of my computers for the last few weeks. I have uninstalled (also deleted its registry entry's and removed the folder from my computer) and re-installed several times to no avail.

Techsmith support is utterly useless in this matter.

Both systems are running Windows XP and are equally updated.
