looks like the first repurchase was made today at 3:30PM for 12K shares at $13. I think they are not allowed to buy in the last 30min of trading. The buy today didnt seem to help the stock price much as it kept drifting lower into the close. Anyway that's $2 less than what they sold the 5MM shares for late last year.
