Stock Buyback can Legally Start Today

Given that at least 48 hours has passed since the earnings release, the market has had enough time to digest the earnings. Therefore, starting today, the Company is free to repurchase shares.

Based on the average daily trading volume of the past 4 calendar weeks, the company can purchase 57,791 shares per day for the rest of this week. The company can also make one block purchase of its common stock per week outside of the volume restrictions.

I would think shorts should start to cover their positions now as the Company buys back their deeply undervalued stock.
