Why didn't Peg Brickley write that.....well geez ....as a matter of fact, the entire listening world also thought that having this plethora of uselsess information as a diversionary tactic on the part of the debtors and/or JPM and/or FDIC in the depository was a lot of bunk!! And evidently, so did Judge Mary Walrath who ordered that documents pertaining to specifics were under subpoena power by the examiner thereby negating the totally useless search through perfectly worthless and diversionary information! Effectively, this left the depository of the 100 thousand plus documents in the hands of temporary workers, and the documents were deemed suitable for shredding!
We need some healthy reporting here! :)

To anyone, just send Peg and email letting her know what she may have said is wrong and give her the correct info.
If enough of us let her know, she may just write what really happened instead of whatever she wrote, agree?
Now I am not saying to herass her or be mean spirited, just explain in a civil way of what we believe is the truth and if she made any comments that were not correct, request her to revise her articles accordingly.

Their attorneys complained Tuesday that Washington Mutual's document depository, the central resource of information for those attacking the settlement and those defending it, is an unworkable pile of information, including multiple copies of documents pertaining to golf outings, whale-watching expeditions and salmonella.

This is ridiculous.
