.20? Maybe. But we don't have another Omnibus until 8/24, and we're still about a month away from 9/7 hearing - which is the do or die day for us. It will just do what it's been doing, drift between .16xx - .20 or so. The move for this Omnibus wasn't as crazy as last time, we hit about .192 and dropped to .173 and now seem to be holding .18.
We could briefly go to the high .16's again, but I don't think those prices will last long.
