From the Marathon CEO McDonald Tudeme Q & A on 8/10/10:

Marathon Group Corp. has 100M Restricted shares in Treasury and did not specify the float structure but did say was affected due to the R/S.

As of 8/9/10 per Transfer Agent:

O/S = 94,413,278

A/S = 350,000,000



When I called the T/A did not have the Float. Mr. Tudeme said they had 100M Restricted, 10M after the Reverse split.

So, the Float = 84,413,278 Maximum, could be Lower.


With a Float of 84.4M or Less, stock price under a penny, when buying comes in PDPR should move up like a hot knife through butter.
