Mr. MacDonald is in the process of providing Fina with additional information such as file's that were not made public by previous owners. He says they're a small company, currently serving their clients and plans to address their will to grow in their upcoming P.R.

He intends to announce the consummation of the company and address their motives in the near future about Uplisting to the B.B.Exchange but will not compromise any further info due to rules and regulations and his commitments.

Marathon Group Corp. has 100M Restricted shares in Treasury and did not specify the float structure but did say was affected due to the R/S.
