Some more FACTS to chew on:

Company PR'd that their target market was a significant reason for their summer advertising/promotional campaign.

Knowing this & the challenges with procuring a SP, why not have back-ups so as NOT to lose the opportunity to advance your business model during this, summer, "critical time-frame"?

Recall they PR'd an 11Million$ Fiscal Year Projection (they are waaaay behind)

PR'd:
10Mill $'s Spire Financing (300K monthly tranches)
11Mill $'s Projected through FY 2011
1.75Mill $'s VSP Revenue

Now, with all this cash AND the O/S increases, PLUS what's at stake (summer PR Marketing, etc) they CAN'T AFFORD NOT TO MOVE ON ...IF THIS COMPANY WAS LEGIT...(remember this is just a damn website for crying out loud!!!).

Just too damn much at stake!!! Especially if they are a serious and legit on-going business concern.

Look, there is way too much going WRONG here. If you had a company you would have had multiple contingency plans to move your business forward and wait for NOBODY...Moving on provides the company leverage, bargaining power, & is the way to go!

These guys got nothing for you but empty promises and little in the way of actual business acumen or honest intentions...at least from where I stand. And, those to me,...their actual behavior/performance over the past few months & business progress (or lack thereof) is more factual than anything Sherri Crook, or the rest of them want to PR...I hope they hang for what they have done here...

ALSO, let's just keep in mind that the company PR'd Dilution AFTER they already went a couple of rounds!!! So, let's just keep it real. And, with a gagged TA, although not illegal, it is definitely not the ethical claim some posters have implied ("well they told us x, y, z regarding dilution").

Lastly, where is the pps supposed to be from a mathematical perspective? What will the revenue numbers be and with the O/S how would I, as an inquiring investor, decide if the stock is a good buy (value, prospects, etc.)? If you look at the actual revenues and the current SS you'd note that the stock is currently OVERVALUED (it is overpriced right now)...FACT!!
