I like that, arm yourself with facts, of which there are only a few that we know of.

I see tons of speculation but not a lot of facts being talked about. Their PR's, comments on this board, it's all speculation. There are only three facts that I know of, they are;

1. There is a website at www.musicmatrix.com
2. This stock is down 96.7% since the beginning of May.
3. ENTI O/S as of 8/09/2010 is 3,341,813,999 shares. !!!Current!!!

There was a post earlier about all of the longs know this isn't a SCAM. I have been here since March so I guess that makes me a long (prob been here longer than most), I can tell you that I feel like the Captain going down with the ship. I hope it's not but it sure feels like a SCAM, and a good one at that. Any good SCAM has its faithful followers, it's been that way since the beginning of time, modern day medicine man.

I keep hearing give the company time, that is generally not a good sign in pinky land, 99% of the time that will leave you "pennyless".

I also keep hearing "they told you they were going to do that". So that makes it okay that they have driven the price down 96.7%??? I know they are saying that it was for a SP or a video shoot, etc...my question is then, $10M from SPIRE is being used for???? I know people are saying this in hopes that the PPS recovers, what if it doesn't? I know the shares are going to be used to give the SP ?% of ownership in the company as someone said earlier. Guess what, if the company keeps this up, 20% of nothing is still nothing.

There was a time I believed in this company, why should I now, please only respond with actual facts.
