Starfire, I don't have a horse in this race...never had and never will. I just happen to think it's important for everyone around here to be talking about the same thing when there's a debate. You're here claiming a huge naked short position in SPNG, and what you're describing isn't naked shorting...it's covered shorting, sometimes referred to as "shorting against the box".
Just for the record, the overwhelming majority of the time, the shorting of Pink Sheets stocks can be traced right back to the company insiders and it's not naked shorting at all. It's selling by insiders before their stock certs have cleared registration. Still, it's "covered" shorting, not "naked".
