O.K, so what is it grogron??/ The TA reports say that there are lot of phantom shares in circulation. What is your definition of Phantom Shares and how do they come into existence?/ Indpendent studies financed by FINRA and NASD have shown the existence of NSS its associated issues. Care to review it. It has been posted here several times>
