Regulus60, Please explain how a Texas court has any legal jurisdiction to play with the share structure of a Delaware Corp. like OOAG, it doesnt!, any ruling that it could possibly make in that regard would be laughed at by the Del. SOS, also, the petition you keep mentioning means absolutely nothing, all it is is a pleading by one side, nothing more, the settlement is the only thing that matters and the fact it was gagged speaks volumes to the settlement being far from what either party desired, besides, if Barnetts case was really that strong, there would be no reason for him to settle with a hushed outcome.

I have read the pleadings dozens of times, ALL of them including the document you refer to. And that was even before you were a registered member of ihub. I have since read it a couple of times also, your doubts notwithstanding.

Please indicate where this document shows the shares were locked up. Nowhere does it say any such thing. To the contrary, the press releases state just the opposite, that shares HAVE been both distributed and the structure changed since that document was first published. Therefore, it could NOT say that.

The share structure has been finalized according to the PR's. Indeed they say that management no longer has any control to keep changing it at will as they have had in the past.

What current press releases?

Then please provide some evidence of that because I THOROUGHLY reviewed it last night and it does NOT say that. Given that the PR's also refute that, clearly stating that stock was issued and the share structure changed since that document, you must provide SPECIFIC evidence to back up your statement.

OOAG's stock was NOT "locked up" by the court. And the current share structure is known to management but being actively, even proactively, withheld.
