Given that the PR's also refute that, clearly stating that stock was issued and the share structure changed since that document, you must provide SPECIFIC evidence to back up your statement.

OOAG's stock was NOT "locked up" by the court. And the current share structure is known to management but being actively, even proactively, withheld.
