I believe that they would have too, since court date on the 10th and potential release date of Sept 24th. this would leave limited time to get votes and filing done.

Jaxstraw is right though.... there are some big hitters on the EC who are very invested in what happens. I dont think any of them is just looking to toss money down the toilet. There has to be something coming up.

As a side note, you should google the David Susuki story on Titanium Dioxide, on the Nature of Things.... very positive.
