I am hoping this is a positive sign here.

The profitability of the TiO2 industry is soaring.

One only has to look at the Kronos shares to see what is going on.

AWESOME, they're obviously trying to broker a more fair plan if (A) no objections by EC and UCC, and (B) postponement for over a month.
