SAME PARAGRAPH = Earlier, on 9 Feb. 2010 BioCells signed an agreement to process and store cord blood in the lab of Cord Blood America in Las Vegas. The BioCells website states that Dr. Geoffrey John O'Neill is the Scientific Advisor and Lab Director of BioCells. Argentina is currently (June 2010) contemplating legislation to outlaw family cord blood banking.
