Despite a chief accountant, a controller, and a CFO, booking profits at IDCC seems to be a problem.

This language appears all too often:

"Given the complexity of accounting for revenue associated with the agreement, the Company has not finalized the manner in which revenue will be recognized for payments to be received under the agreement."

I believe that under new SEC rules..They will have to move up their Year End by several weeks..
