I wonder if I could ask a favor from you. Since you are one of our legal resources here in WAMULAND.

When a corporation goes into BK Chp.11 and they establish a Governmental Bar Date---will that court case then definitely last beyound that GBD---or can the BK wrap up before that date if all parties are in agreement. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.
