Insiders are not allowed to disclose information not readily available to the public. He most likely has intimate knowledge of HOTI/Regenetech that he is not allowed to disclose.
Regardless of the HOTI deal with Regenetech, this really has no place here as Regenetech was NEVER a part of the SK3 deal. Again... this is SK3... not HOTI.
