You are all reading too much into this. Bloodless is correct, he does have insider information that cannot be disclosed.
There are 2 things and only 2 things that was said that could be construed as negative. One was questioning the $12 per share IPO which I assume any astute investor would be thinking about especially in the current market. The other was his talking to investigators. To clear that up as much as possible, he was called and asked if he had assigned all of his patents and applications to Regenetech which he said he had done. He then said he would comment no further on the matter and I should not infer anything one way or the other about his refusal.
