If that is true then we have a serious problem. Please provide link with details/excerpts. A&M is the restructing firm for WMI and likely part of the BOD.

Do you understand how disturbing your post is? A&M is also the restructing firm for LEH and sit's on the BOD's. Recent objections by Government agenies regarding Rule 2004 for the EC only raises more red flags regarding significant issues for WMI.

Does anyone else find this post disturbing?

Doesn't A&M cut all of the checks, so to speak?

As examiner, who pays Hochberg?

I wouldn't consider this enough of a conflict to stop Hochberg from exposing the true killers of Equity. A&M is listening to someone as a restructuring firm. They will cone around once the assets are disclosed and a valution fight ensues. It depends on the scope of representation the firm is representing A&M for and how long.

That is how I see this..
