**I think it's even more simpler that that; either the examiner gives a thumbs up or down to equity on Sept 7, like the Roman leaders did in the arenas, lol.
Most people do not want to be in this if its a thumbs down, because the tankage will make 3/12 look like nothing.
A thumbs up, and a continuance of the examination process will restore some confidence, and we should see an uptick on that news. October 8 we will get more of an idea of where this is heading.
We have over a month until 9/7. No rush to buy into this right now for those on the sidelines.
