My assumption is that Dell will be reselling ETS for $19.99.

I am not sure why it's not there yet. This is only the first day the TPM notebooks are on the website. Why the ETS option, which btw is the software required to take ownwership of activate the TPM (without it does zilch), is not yet listed I don't know. I assume it's forthcoming.

In any case you can be sure the Dell sales apparatus will be pushing ETS to the larger enterprise and government block purchases, as I am guessing these will be the first Dell sales folks to be educated. IMO, smaller buyers to follow pending education of all Dell sales staff.
