Through the MSHA web site you can get information about inspections. It looks like the inspection of the mill was done 7/7 - 7/8 and the mill wasn't cited for any violations. Below is the link to search the MSHA Data Retrieval System by operator/mine name:

Use 'Diamond Creek' as the 'Mine Name'.
