I'm not sure if I'd word it this way, but you're right. IHGP/Yates have to have something lined up to bring in the new breed of investors and want them there at the right time. That means waiting for everyone to get back from vacation and the start of school of course. It really looks like September is going to be the month of the R/S. Good luck all!
