There's no any good reason for Mark to increase A/S to raise Capitals. There's no creditors to buy convertible debts for 0 bid stocks with ask 0.0001 because they can't sell. 0 bid/ 0.0001 ask stock always requires r/s to sell more convertible debts.
By now, Mark has only one option if he intended to raise capitals, r/s. If he already talked to shareholders about raising capitals, it means, he would do r/s. It doesn't require any analysis. It's fucccking common sense.
