I would think this was priced in at .02, not sure why folks are acting like a chapter 11 BK filing is that big of a deal. We have all seen what has happened with other Q's that have no net asset value and no insider ownership. If it dips, I might have to pick up enough to file as a 5% owner! lol

The costs for the last month should be minimal .Like OTCBBking said the bk price was already factored in at these levels doubt there is any major selloff and as was mentioned insiders have not sold.
