Yeah, but OTC those numbers were true a month ago. Since then their operations have been totally suspended, which means there's no revenue coming in anymore, and although they laid off almost everybody there's still costs involved with keeping the business running.
I'm not saying that Assets are < Liabilities now, but I'm sure the numbers have changed since 1 month ago. Hope for the best for you guys, but you have to expect this to drop based on emotions and normal market reaction alone. It'll bottom out and climb back up from there.
If you don't have a set of these you best put your money in a CD.
