Agreed. VCTY is/was an American shell company so no doubt lots of details to iron out. Tactician University sounds like the propaganda arm and Hydro being the meat of it all. One merger completed without the other does not make a lot of sense. My guess and only a guess but its gonna be an all or nothing deal. There is def a masterplan bringing these companies together. One could only guess what the DVD acquisition is for.
