To be honest knowing foreign people and how they proceed things. They will not proceed or agree to do something unless they are 100% certain on the direction. You are right the Chinese need more clarity with how much they can benefit from this merger. They want to maximize profits and revenue as much as possible. It just makes more sense now that the portfolio manager is going their personally to speak to them on the 10th. Seems the Hydro company likes what is going on, but needs to know the financial details of the stock before making a decision.
