your typical rep on the phone at amtd, etrd, scott, etc, have NO IDEA about stocks or trading

at the most, they have some schooling in investments and have been taught that buying and selling stock on the pinks or otc is evil and daytrading is sinful

I have had these girls and guys say the DUMBEST things, so no, do NOT believe the guy that answers the phone at these houses, if you happen to deal with a true broker, he may not admit to knowing you in public if you trade pinks

Did you go over his head and check with a supervisor or corporate. The guy probably did not really know and wanted to make it sound like he knew. What was the big deal about this whole thing anyway. Just sit back and watch the show. That is unless you and just day trading this and driving the pps down.
