The rep on E-trade I was speaking to told me they dont waive the fees, AND if I were to try and sell now, and the pps went up before they recieved the shares then Id be on a call because it would be like selling short. He also said, that "over the counter shares" could take up to months for us to recieve them.

I didnt make that up, he straight up told me, he wouldnt waive the fee and he went on and on about the risks of selling now before they recieved the shares...based on that information, it was a big deal. I dont know if he was serious or he just hated pink sheets, but thats what he told me.
