He said, increasing A/S without R/S doesn't give him any liquidation. So He will do r/s. The reason he laughed at investors selling at 0.0001 is because they bought high and sell at lowest. It doesn't mean that he laughed at them because it will go back up.

There will be r/s announcement soon. Otherwise, he can't sell stocks again. He's laughing because he thinks he made it.
