Kas; All conjecture and wishfull thinking. I read all the Yahoo posts and threads related to those calls to both Susman and McMahon. Susman, INMHO was referring only to the departure of the US Trustee when he said it was "over" and that conversation was quoted second hand. The other conversation with the emotional friend was also quoted second hand but more believable, the first hand conversation with Susman was by a caller who did not expect Susman to pick up the phone and the conversation was awkward but cordial and nothing was discusssed about this case.
