Gator imo the legislation should pass, since it is not anti lobby against big oil.
A lot of NG is a free byproduct of an oil well and used to be burned off years back.
The estimated reduction in foreign oil imported is huge something like 130B barrels a year. Plus the 22% cleaner air vs diesel is a plus to the cities and the nation.
Plus LNG and CNG are both significantly cheaper than Gasoline.
