krays: You are right - you can code anything and I think your description will be possible after 2015. Right now NeoMedia is very married to its patent portfolio and what you described is not in the patents. If it is not an indirect code, then Neustar can't generate revenue so both parties are going to stick with the NeoReader the way it is.
