Maybe. I know THJMW said she will revisit the shareholder meeting question on Sept 7. Remember Susman filed an appeal to the 5th circuit court of appeals and we might get our shareholder meeting that way if the appeal is upheld. I don't remember when the appeal is supposed to be heard. Might be after Sept 7.
