What I find most puzzling is the short time given to the examiner - albeit tentatively - for a preliminary and then a final report.

Less than 2.5 months for a final report? In a case this complex.
All I can guess is that the judge believes that this amount of time is sufficient for the examiner to either come up with reasons justifying an extension or not.

BTW, I think there is only a slim chance that the judge would entertain the idea of approving a proposed settlement before the examiner has had a couple of months to look into this.

unless jpm/fdic waited this long cause they knew their buddy joe mcmahan was gonna pick the right guy to be paid off ,since they are all tied togther ,since they all work togther for the govrnment ,sorry my fellow longs ,i'm not going nowhere i just smell something funny ,i also rmmeber jpm hired a new general councel what 5 months back and guess where he worked prior ,trustees office ...
