RRamirez...I think Rosen will be very fortunate at this point to attempt to slide under some unusual cloak of absolute immunity, but the qualified type is going to throttle him. I guess the point is, Rosen is not going to be pushing any buttons at this point. Whatever was divulged behind close doors put a muzzle on that guy and we haven't heard "boo" since. There will be no attempting to "buy" this examiner...or any person appointed by the UST or the EC or any other party. Nor do I think you'll see him objecting to an examiner due to conflicting interests or whatever.

At this point, Rosen has already stuck his neck out with the 5th POR...that cannot be revised. The basis of that POR is enough for the examiner to report to JMW on the 6th (or whenever) ...sufficient cause.

The next logical move to is to minimize the pain. And I'm hopeful that spells settlement. Whenever that last possible moment is...and that option is still available..is when we see Rosen take it.
