Anyone that listened to the last hearing knows that the UST asked for more time to get an examiner. I was surprised at the short time frame. But given the fact that she is so adamant I would say the delay in signing the order is one of 3 things:
She is sick or some kind of emergency that requires time off or Serious discussions about settlement or Rosen found another way to delay
Remember Mr. Hochberg sold 300 shares of JPM "PRIOR" to being appointed. Weak but I don't under estimate Rosen. He's good.
