Oh? They did this from their long track record, and vast expertise in the field of aeronautics and UAV's? Because certainly their due diligence did not include the typical evaluations of P&L, inventory, patent licensing revenue, patent defense success, customer testimonials, executive team track records, independent auditors, and the like.

THIS is exactly why it's taking the SEC so long. They have to clearly distinguish the two. But, I have very little doubt of that end result.
