WRONG, to do a name change you have to send all the files of the company since the beginning to the SEC , then they will analyze and verified it before giving the OK

News flash ... neither does Finra.
To list the financials must be provided but they do nothing to review and vette the filings.

MRES can tell some Really Really TALL Stories.
