Now its Finra that reviews filings ... before it was the SEC you said.

WRONG, to do a name change you have to send all the files of the company since the beginning to the SEC , then they will analyze and verified it before giving the OK

Ok ... so now we agree that the SEC has NOT reviewed MRES's filings.

News flash ... neither does Finra.
To list the financials must be provided but they do nothing to review and vette the filings.

MRES can tell some Really Really TALL Stories.
