freeatlast and william2112,

both your comments are right on the money. As your business grows and you need "employees" you add them, common sense.

william, your sub-contractor scenario is comparable in many ways to GTEL's partnership arrangements...

Look at the PR regarding South America Strats..one company funds it, another operates it and Gtel sells the license and technology and sets up a partnership exactly like we did with Sanswire Australia where GTEL gets 45% ownership. It may take some extra resources but these kinds of deals do not require you to hire a boat load of "employees"...these are just 2 examples, GTEL has many partnerships...thanks...rock

TPAERO AND ROCKY Re:Employee cound and volume

TPAERO
What was the ball park volume of the co. that you mentied when it was trading on bb before moing to amex ?

Rocky

Guys i was not talkin about employees that build or are involved with project but employees that do accounting, finance, sales, marketing, hr, it for GTEL. They need those people in house to do the work. Trust me i want this company to succeed and i have much invested in it it just seems to me 20 employees is not adequate for all those products they have on the horizon. As they said it themselves....that each business of their they want it to stand on it's own so people would have to be asssigned to earch area. Now do the calcuations

Employees count:

EXECUTIVE STAFF (in executive staff itself represents 30%
of the companies staff)
1. Przemyslaw L. Kostro - Chairman of the Board
2. Timothy M. Huff - Director & Chief Executive Officer
3. Leigh Coleman - President
4. Jerrold R. Hinton - Director
5. Mitchell A. Siegel - Director & Chief Operating Officer
6. Thomas Y. Jimenez - CPA & Chief Financial Officer

NOW LETS DO SOME MATH ON REMANING EMPLOYEES:

7. ACCOUNTING
8. FIANANCE
9. IT
10.HR
11.SALES
12.MARKETING
13.LEGAL
14.PAROLL
15.TAXES
16.VoIP assinged employee
17.Calling Card assigned employee
18.Stratallies assigned employee
19.Magic phone assigned employee
20.SuperHubs assigned employee

I did not even mentioned Directors, Managers and supervisors assigned to each department or project.

I might have missed some dept but as you see that's assigning only one person per department. My concern is that's not a lot of employees for company. Assigning one person per department is kinda ridicules. One person can not run a department.

Again i thank everyone for eligtening me and i'm not being negeative or bashing but stating my concern if i have one and if i believe it should be address and resolved for all of our sake. And if i'm being uninformed or ignorant please just straigten me out in nice way. Again i am long and have substantial amount of shares and looking for adding more.

But please look at this issue with your eyes open. Dont dismiss it right off the bet.
