On the contrary... If they just wanted to settle they could have extended this option with much less time & cost than they have incurred so far. They are going after the dominoes and the dominoes are starting to fall. Simple logic says that they have SNSR clearly in their sights, however it may not be one of their highest priorities to resolve.
Expect a very severe "spanking" (I believe trading will be suspended) before this issue passes.
